If there’s one craft beer book you should get this Holiday, it’s this one: The American Craft Beer Cookbook: 155 Recipes from Your Favorite Brewpubs and Breweries.
The selection of recipes are great and certainly not all of them are typical American pub food. Bits have been borrowed from all around the world. Scotch eggs, Fondue, Belgian Endive and even an Amber Ale Cheese Bread are just a few of the 175 recipes offered. I would have liked if there was a picture of each finished recipe, particularly the dishes that might not be so familiar to everybody. My favorite part of this book is that not every recipe requires beer in the making. Instead it will offer a few beer pairing suggestions.
I’ve only made one recipe from this book so far and it was a huge hit at my #ladieswholovebeer bottle share & pairing event last night. I did a lil googling for ya’ll and found the recipe online. You’re welcome.
